    A full, clean driving license is essential and use of own vehicle.

The successful candidate will key-work a caseload throughout the Monmouthshire area.

The right candidate will have experience in staff management and the ability to work in partnership with all staff to maintain a high quality service that reflects the culture and principles of Llamau. It will be your responsibility to manage and record annual leave; sickness absence; and all training for line managed staff. A key part of the role will be to monitor the service performance of young people’s services in line with project plans & funding requirements, in conjunction with the Vale of Glamorgan Council.     Llamau are looking for a friendly, approachable team player to join our team. The ideal candidate will work alongside our other Mental Health Specialist as part of the training team to deliver core training to our support staff. We would also like the ideal candidate to be able to work independently, using their own initiative to provide support and guidance to our frontline staff to ensure that each young person builds and sustains networks that enable them to manage their mental/ emotional wellbeing.
