Llamau is committed to ensuring that staff have the knowledge and skills to carry out their role, and to that end we run our own comprehensive core competency training for all staff. We also encourage staff to learn and develop, and promote appropriate and fair access to external learning and development opportunities. Learning is supported through a variety of channels, depending on the needs of the individuals, e.g. on the job training, attending conferences/courses/seminars, internal and external secondment opportunities, coaching and mentoring, vocational training courses etc.
Llamau offers all staff generous annual leave entitlement. All employees are entitled to 5 weeks annual leave, which increases to 6 weeks after 5 years service. In addition, employees receive a further 12 days leave entitlement made up of bank holiday and extra leave days or shifts. The extra days or shifts are linked to the time of the bank holidays. Leave is pro rata for part time staff.

A salary sacrifice scheme that allows employees to purchase bicycles and related equipment at a reduced rate by making savings on VAT, tax and national insurance.
Cycling is one of the most enjoyable forms of exercise that not only helps to keep us physically healthy it can also have positive effects on how we feel too.
Llamau is a professional and vibrant place to work and throughout the year we try to hold a number of events for staff to relax and meet each other outside of their normal working environment.
